Nicholas O’Dwyer Limited were delighted to attend a very informative and engaging Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Event recently in The Leinster, hosted by the Association of Consulting Engineers of Ireland (ACEI). The event focused on championing D&I across the industry and highlighted the Irish Centre for Diversity (ICD) in how it is supporting more companies to advance their ED&I initiatives.

Nicholas O’Dwyer Ltd, as the first company in the engineering/construction sector to achieve Gold Accreditation with the ICD, were proud to share insights into our journey. We provided some useful tips, recommendations, and highlighted the positive impacts we have seen across our business, thanks to the extensive support we received from the ICD.

Bláthnaid Carolan, Head of People and Culture, and Emer Donnelly, Senior Project Engineer and Chair of the RSK Women’s Network talked about the motivations, passions, and the superb diverse environment we have fostered at NOD, highlighting our continuous improvements across recruiting to retention, creating a workplace where every employee can bring their true, authentic professional self to work.

We are delighted to inspire and support other like-minded companies to continue their EDI journey and pursue their Investors in Diversity accreditation.
