Nicholas O’Dwyer is delighted to announce our appointment by Cork City Council as Lead Consultant for the transformational Roads, Streets and Open Spaces Project in Cork South Docklands.
This project represents a significant step in regenerating the South Docklands area, transforming it into a vibrant hub for residential living, leisure, and community activity. It also places a strong emphasis on active travel as well as integration of the proposed Luas corridor, ensuring the district is designed for a sustainable and accessible future.
We are proud to be working alongside our partners – Arrow Architects, REDScape, SYSTRA, Kosmos, Copper Consultancy and IAC – bringing together an experienced and collaborative team to deliver a project of real significance for the city.
