Dr Cróna Sheehan

Head of Environment and Planning

Cróna has over 20 years’ experience in the environmental and planning field working on a wide range of infrastructure projects covering a number of sectors, e.g. water services, aviation, energy, ports and harbours. She has a wealth of experience in directing and managing Environmental Impact Assessments, Appropriate Assessments, Strategic Environmental Assessments, Screening and Scoping Studies, Route/Site Selection Studies, Constraints and Feasibility Studies and various Licences and Permits. Cróna has an excellent understanding of planning and environmental legislation, policy, and guidance in Ireland, and can effectively navigate our projects through consenting processes. To the fore of what she does is ensuring that our projects are designed, managed, and constructed in a sustainable and environmentally safe manner, and ensuring that our activities comply with all applicable environmental regulations/legislation and consenting conditions. Cróna is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management.
