Nicholas O'Dwyer Ltd are thrilled to announce our recent SILVER Accreditation for Investors in Diversity from the Irish Centre for Diversity. We would like to thank Emer Donnelly CEng MIEI for her stellar work in promoting and educating us on this journey. Emer has played a really significant part in highlighting the importance of EDI and educating us towards this award.  

Investors in Diversity is Ireland’s only Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) performance accreditation mark for business. Supported by Ibec, the programme both recognises existing D&I efforts and supports the journey of continuous improvement by providing a structured framework to transform workplace practises and culture.
 
Silver accreditation affirms that the business has been benchmarked against other bodies and has both embedded D&I practices throughout the organisation as well as developed and fostered a sense of fairness and belonging among all colleagues.
